• Enjoy a flat rate postage of RM 10. For orders of RM 150 and above, you will receive complimentary shipping.
• Items that are too bulky for standard courier delivery may incur an additional RM15 shipping fee,
  or can be self-collected from our store at no extra charge.

Processing Time

After placing your order, please allow our team 1 to 3 working days to prepare your parcel for dispatch.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your item has been shipped.
You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 working days thereafter.

While ParisDog Malaysia will make every reasonable effort to ensure your order is delivered,
we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an unauthorized delivery address provided during checkout,
or if received by an unauthorized person.

Please note that additional charges for re-delivery may apply after unsuccessful delivery attempts.
We also cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during transit due to courier negligence,
and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes both ready stock and pre-order items,
please note that your order will be dispatched once all pre-order items arrive.
If you would like to receive your ready stock items sooner, we kindly recommend placing a separate order for those items.
